These terms outline the commercial basis on which Viper Media provides its website plans and related services.
Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
Services
Descriptions of services are for general information. Specific scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed in a proposal or statement of work.
Payments
Business $499 / year and Ecommerce $999 / year are base packages. Custom work may be quoted separately. Payment terms will be specified in your proposal. This template does not create a binding offer.
Intellectual Property
The client owns the domain name purchased for the business. Domain registration and renewal costs are separate annual charges and are paid by the client. Viper Media retains ownership of the website design system, reusable components, codebase, templates, technical systems, creative frameworks, and related implementation created for the plan. During an active paid plan, the client receives a licence to use the delivered website for the client business. On plan cancellation, that licence ends and the design and systems are not transferable, resellable, or exportable unless Viper Media agrees otherwise in writing.
User Content
You are responsible for content you provide and warrant you have rights to use it.
Third-Party Services
Our work may integrate third-party services (hosting, analytics, payment). Their terms apply in addition to ours.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
